WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES...
When you order trees and shrubs from Fox River Valley Nursery your order is guaranteed to arrive in a good, healthy condition or we'll replace them at no charge. Preform the SCRATCH TEST as specified in the instructions on your woody plants and if you determine your plant is dead please contact us immediately for instructions. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PLANTS UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO! This must be done within 24 hours of the delivery of your order. You can also Return Your Entire Order For any reason for a Refund (Less Shipping & 10% Restocking Fee) Within (14) Days, Please Inform us of The Return Date. Your plants are also covered up to (1) year of receiving them under the following terms and conditions:

** Free Trees are not eligible for warranty
As much as we try to send out healthy plants that you can enjoy for years to come, some plants may not survive. There are many reasons they may not survive; environment, diseases, insects, not enough water, or even too much water. We offer a one year warranty on all of the plants we sell. If a plant dies within one year of the ship date, and if it qualifies, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the plant. This excludes shipping and sales tax.

Trees must be planted within 7 days of receipt. If you are not able to plant them when we ship in the fall, please request spring shipping.
Choosing to have plants shipped in fall for planting zones 3-6 may void the warranty.
Email must contain the order number and the customer name and address.
Shipping costs and sales tax of the replacement plants is not included and will be paid by the customer.
Store credits will not be given for plants planted in pots, planted outside the recommended planting zone, or if we feel the planting instructions were not followed.
Store credit can be used one time within one year of issue.
Trees purchased with store credit do not qualify for warranty since they are replacements. Our warranty is a one time use.
Maximum seasonal warranty is $200 per customer.

Orders are filled by item number exactly as received. If a variety is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute one of equal or greater value.
