Acer saccharum

The sap of this tree is used to make maple syrup, the tree being one of the longest lived shade trees. The bright green leaves in the autumn change to vivid scarlet and gold. At maturity they grow to 60 feet. Our trees are field grown & should not be planted in pots. Shipping Height: 2'-3'

i ordered 3 sugar maple trees from fox river nursery and they came in a very timely manner and were packed very well for shipping. the trees had the most roots on them than any other peoples i had ordered from this year. they even sent me a free red maple tree as they advertised. i contacted Debbie twice with some questions and she got back to me instantly with my answers. i give this company 5 stars on everything they do. i look forward to the fall when i can order more plants from them.
